About The Dance Spot NJ

At The Dance Spot NJ, we will be offering a Dance Team Prep Program. This is a class that current team members as well as team hopefuls can come to and harness individual skill sets. Dance Team Prep Class will focus on pom, hip hop, jazz and combination dance skills and turns. Dancers in this program will improve on technique, picking up choreography, and have focus skills, such as:

• Switch Tilts                          
• Switch Arabesques
• Turning 2nd's / Spinning Disc
• Side Ariels
• Kip Ups
• Headsprings
• A La Secondes, Spotters, Floats and more.

Thursday, 7:30 - 9:00 PM

Dance Team Prep Class

Wednesday, 7:00 - 8:45

Advanced Level: Wednesday, 8:45 - 9:30

Assistant Teachers will also be present.
